This Privacy Policy describes how InnovaSuite SAS (“InnovaSuite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website at innovasuiteconsulting.com or interact with our consulting services. Please read it carefully. By using our website or submitting information through our contact forms, you acknowledge the practices described here.

Section 01

Who we are

InnovaSuite is a boutique NetSuite consulting firm headquartered in Montevideo, Uruguay, serving clients primarily in the United States and Canada. We provide NetSuite implementation, optimization, customization, and support services to mid-market businesses.

For purposes of applicable privacy law, InnovaSuite acts as the data controller with respect to personal information collected through this website.

Section 02

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly, and information collected automatically when you use our website.

Information you provide directly:

  • Contact form submissions: When you submit an inquiry through our website, we collect your first and last name, business email address, company name, industry, and the content of your message.
  • Free Business Review requests: If you request a Free NetSuite Business Review, we collect the same contact information plus details about your company’s NetSuite environment and business challenges.
  • Calendar bookings: If you schedule a call through a third-party scheduling tool (such as Calendly), that platform collects your name, email address, and scheduling preferences. We receive a summary of the booking.
  • Email communications: If you contact us directly by email, we retain those communications and any personal information contained within them.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data: We may collect information about how you interact with our website, including pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and browser type.
  • Device and technical data: IP address, browser version, operating system, and device type.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: See Section 7 for details.

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, financial account details, health information, or payment card data through this website. Engagement-specific financial or operational data shared during consulting engagements is governed by the applicable service agreement, not this policy.

Section 03

How we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries: To contact you in response to a form submission, email, or meeting request, and to follow up on the subject of your inquiry.
  • Delivering the Free Business Review: To schedule, conduct, and follow up on the complimentary NetSuite review you requested.
  • Providing consulting services: If you become a client, to deliver the services outlined in your engagement agreement.
  • Business communications: To send relevant information about our services, insights, or updates that we believe may be of professional interest to you. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
  • Improving our website: To understand how visitors use our website and identify opportunities to improve content and user experience.
  • Legal and compliance purposes: To comply with applicable laws, respond to legal requests, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Section 04

Legal basis for processing

For individuals located in jurisdictions with applicable data protection laws (including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and certain U.S. states), our legal bases for processing personal information are:

  • Legitimate interests: To respond to your inquiries, manage our business relationships, and improve our services, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Contract performance: To fulfill our obligations under a service agreement with you or your organization.
  • Consent: Where we send optional marketing communications, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
  • Legal obligation: Where we are required to process information to comply with applicable law.

Section 05

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use trusted third-party tools to operate our business, including email and calendar platforms, website hosting providers, analytics (Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager, and Vercel Web Analytics), and CRM software. These providers access personal information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Visitor-identification provider (ZoomInfo): We use ZoomInfo to identify business visitors to our website (see Section 7). Data collected through ZoomInfo’s technologies is processed by ZoomInfo under its own privacy policy and may be combined with its broader business datasets. Where consent is required, ZoomInfo loads only after you accept; everywhere else you can turn it off at any time (see Section 7).
  • Third-party scheduling tools: If you book a meeting through Calendly or a similar platform, your information is subject to that platform’s own privacy policy in addition to this one.
  • Professional advisors: Our attorneys, accountants, and insurers, as necessary in the course of professional services they provide to us.
  • Legal requirements: Where we are required to disclose information by law, court order, or government authority, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the safety or rights of any person or organization.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via a notice on our website.

Section 06

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

  • Inquiry and contact data: Retained for up to 3 years from the date of last contact, unless an engagement relationship develops, in which case standard business records retention applies.
  • Client engagement data: Retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter (typically 5–7 years) for legal and business purposes.
  • Website usage data: Typically retained for 12–24 months depending on the analytics tools in use.

When personal information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it in accordance with our internal data management practices.

Section 07

Cookies & tracking technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to function properly, to understand how visitors use the site, and to identify business visitors for marketing and sales purposes. Cookies are small text files stored on your device.

  • Essential cookies: Required for basic website functionality and to remember your cookie choice. These cannot be disabled without affecting how the site operates.
  • Analytics cookies: Used to understand how visitors interact with our website, including pages visited and traffic sources (e.g., Google Analytics 4, managed via Google Tag Manager). This helps us improve the site over time.
  • Cookieless analytics: We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views, referring sites and device types for every visit. It sets no cookies, does not identify you, and reports only aggregated statistics, so it runs without a cookie choice.
  • Visitor-identification & marketing cookies: We use ZoomInfo (including its WebSights and related products) to identify the companies and, where available, the individuals visiting our site, so we can tailor our marketing and outreach. This processing is not anonymous and may involve third-party cookies and cross-site identification. ZoomInfo acts as a separate data controller/processor for this data under its own privacy policy.
  • Third-party embed cookies: Tools embedded in our site (such as scheduling widgets like Calendly) may set their own cookies governed by their respective privacy policies.

Analytics and visitor-identification cookies are non-essential. How we handle them depends on where you are visiting from, which we estimate from your IP address (we use it only to choose the right option and do not store it):

  • European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Uruguay and California: we ask first. When you first visit, we show a cookie banner, and these technologies do not load until you click “Accept.” If we cannot tell where you are visiting from, we also ask first.
  • Everywhere else: these technologies load when you visit, and you can turn them off at any time.

Wherever you are, you can accept, decline or withdraw at any time through the “Your privacy choices” link at the bottom of every page, and withdrawing removes the analytics and ZoomInfo cookies we set. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out and these technologies do not load. Most browsers also let you control or delete cookies directly. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as no uniform standard exists for interpreting them.

Section 08

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal information. These may include:

  • Access: The right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: The right to request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: The right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Restriction or objection: The right to restrict or object to certain types of processing.
  • Data portability: The right to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • Opt out of marketing: You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send or by contacting us directly.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the address listed in Section 12. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

California residents: If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. InnovaSuite does not sell or share personal information as defined under California law.

Section 09

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include access controls, encrypted communications (HTTPS), and limiting access to personal information to team members who need it to perform their work.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights or interests, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Section 10

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are directed at business professionals and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Section 11

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other business reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated policy.
