Post-Go-Live Support
You went live on NetSuite. But it’s not working the way it should.
Whether your implementation partner handed you off too early, your team never got proper training, or you built it yourself and hit a wall, we specialize in fixing struggling NetSuite setups and turning them into systems your team actually trusts.
The post-go-live problem
Going live was supposed to be the beginning.
NetSuite post-go-live support (also called implementation rescue) is structured recovery for a NetSuite setup that went live but isn’t working: we stabilize broken workflows, remediate bad data, realign processes, and retrain teams, no matter how long ago you launched.
Most projects go live with some combination of rushed configuration, missing workflows, baked-in workarounds, and a team that wasn’t trained properly. Then the implementation partner closes the engagement, and you’re left holding the keys to a system that doesn’t work the way you need.
This is more common than most companies admit. And the longer it goes unaddressed, the more it costs (in team frustration, manual workarounds, bad data, and missed reporting). The good news: it’s fixable. That’s exactly what we do.
- We assess what’s actually broken, not just what you report
- We prioritize fixes by business impact, not technical complexity
- We rebuild your team’s confidence in the system
- We leave you with documentation and a path forward
Signs you need post-go-live help
“My team still uses spreadsheets for everything” NetSuite exists but nobody trusts it.
“Our workflows don’t match how we actually operate” The implementation was done by the book, not by your business.
“Our reports are wrong and nobody knows why” Data quality issues baked in from day one.
“The implementation partner is gone and we have no one to call” Left without support after go-live.
“We’ve been live a year and still aren’t using half of what we bought” ROI isn’t materializing.
“We built it ourselves and now it’s a mess” Self-implementations that need expert recovery.
What we fix
Every common post-go-live problem. Solved.
From quick configuration fixes to deeper process redesigns: the full range of issues that surface after implementation.
Broken or missing workflows
Workflows that don’t fire, approval chains that get stuck, automations scoped but never built. We audit, fix, and complete them.

Data quality & reporting
Incorrect balances, dirty master data, saved searches returning wrong results. We trace root causes, not just the symptom.
RecentlyA $1.06M phantom revenue spike on an executive dashboard, traced to credit memos it ignored.
Process misalignment
NetSuite was configured for a generic business, not yours. We remap workflows and approvals to how your operations actually work.
RecentlyAllocation windows still on NetSuite’s 180-day default, resized to lead times measured from real orders.
Team training & adoption
Trained once at go-live and most of it didn’t stick. We run practical, role-based sessions and create documentation that gets used.

Integration failures
Shopify, Salesforce, 3PL, payment gateways: integrations that never worked or broke post-go-live. We diagnose and rebuild them right.
RecentlyA ShipStation connection failing because it had been authorized under the Administrator role.
Module gaps
Modules you purchased but never fully configured: Inventory, WMS, Advanced Manufacturing, SuiteBilling. We implement them properly.

Who we help
We’ve seen every post-go-live scenario.
Whether your implementation was 3 months ago or 3 years ago, the path forward starts with an honest assessment of where things stand.
- CFO / Finance
“We can’t close the books without 3 days of manual reconciliation.”
Chart of accounts misaligned with reporting, period close not configured, intercompany set up incorrectly. We rebuild the financial configuration from the ground up if needed.
RecentlyAR for a key customer reconciled to the authoritative open balance, report by report.
- Operations / Supply Chain
“Our work orders never match what’s on the floor.”
BOMs, routings, and work-order workflows that don’t reflect actual production logic. We map reality into NetSuite, not the other way around.
RecentlyWork order dates kept in sync with the production scheduler after Manufacturing Mobile kept recalculating them.
- IT / NetSuite Admin
“We inherited a mess and have no idea what was customized or why.”
Undocumented SuiteScripts, mystery workflows, legacy customizations nobody remembers. We audit, document, clean up, and build a sustainable architecture.

Our approach
Structured recovery. Measurable progress.
We don’t just dive in and start changing things. Every engagement starts with a clear picture of what’s broken and why.
- Day 0TriageFree Business ReviewTwenty hours mapping what is actually broken, and why.
- Weeks 2–4StabilizeFirst meaningful fixFinancial-control risks first, then the workarounds costing hours.
- Months 2–4RebuildWorkflows, data, trainingEnds with a documented system map and handover, every time.
- OngoingHoldThe system stays stableAdoption recovers last, and is what tells you the recovery held.
Your team’s confidence recovers with the system, not before it. Adoption is the last thing to come back, and the only one that tells you the recovery held.
- Step 1
Free Business Review
A comprehensive audit of your setup, processes, and data. You get a prioritized roadmap of what to fix and in what order, before committing to anything.
- Step 2
Scoped recovery plan
We define a clear scope: what gets fixed first, estimated effort, and expected outcomes. No ambiguity. You approve it before we start.
- Step 3
Execution & handover
We fix, rebuild, retrain, and document in sprints with clear milestones. You end with a system you understand and documentation to maintain it.

Common questions
Post-Go-Live Support FAQ.
How do we know if we need post-go-live support or something else?
If your team is using workarounds regularly, reports feel unreliable, or you have processes that are partly in NetSuite and partly outside it, those are clear signals. The best first step is our Free Business Review, which gives you a clear diagnosis before committing to any engagement.
We went live 2 years ago. Is it too late?
Not at all. We regularly work with companies that have been live for years and are still operating below their system’s potential. Time doesn’t make it harder to fix. It just means there’s more to untangle. We’ve seen it all.
Do you work alongside our current NetSuite partner?
Yes, we can. Some clients have us come in as a second set of eyes or a specialist resource alongside their existing partner. We’re collaborative and professional. The goal is always to get your system working, regardless of who else is involved.
What if our setup is so bad that we need to start over?
This is rare, but we’ll tell you honestly if it’s the case. Sometimes a targeted rebuild of specific modules is faster than patching. We’ll lay out both paths and let you decide. We don’t have a financial incentive to oversell the complexity.
How long does a post-go-live engagement typically take?
It depends on the scope of issues. Small targeted engagements (fix a broken workflow, clean up reporting) can take 2–4 weeks. Full recovery engagements for complex environments typically run 2–4 months. We always scope clearly upfront.
Our scripts were written years ago. Will they survive the move to SuiteScript 2.1?
Not automatically. Oracle made SuiteScript 2.1 the standard in release 2026.2 and stops running legacy script versions in 2028.2, and 2.1 runs on a newer JavaScript engine, so older scripts can behave differently. Inherited code is where this bites hardest, because nobody remembers why it was written. We inventory it, test it on the 2.1 runtime in sandbox, and fix what breaks.
What happens after the engagement ends?
You receive a full handover package: documentation, a system map, and recommended maintenance priorities. Many clients transition to our On-Going Services to maintain what we’ve built, but there’s no obligation. We leave you able to manage independently.
